... which hosted gigs by the Beatles, the Stones and all the top bands of the era. This band went on to play at the London Palladium for a summer season backing Anita Harris, and also appeared at a Royal Command Performance which headlined Sammy Davis Jnr.

Ian then joined soul/r&b band
Moon’s Train, which was managed and recorded by Bill Wyman. Their CD ‘The Life I Lead’ featuring Peter Frampton on guitar, is still available and has become a cult album.

 

In latter years Ian has been lead guitarist with popular Sussex band Them Again, as well as doing solo and duo work.

Ian has a totally unique style, but if comparisons are to be made, Albert Lee, Robben Ford and Gary Moore come to mind.
