The skiffle craze soon gave way to Rock & Roll, the banjo gave way to the bass guitar and The Penitentiary Skiffle Group became The Scorpions (Not to be confused with the German heavy metal band Scorpions)... more

After playing several proper instruments and taking music exams, Trevor started playing drums at 14.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He formed a blues band with schoolmates including Fred Pitts (amazing guitarist) whose brother Jim (yeah, Jim Pitts) was in the merchant navy at the time and from whom they used to borrow from his blues record collection (brought over from the States) to emulate their heroes... more

Ian started playing guitar at 14, soon joined a rock band and toured American airforce bases in the UK & Europe.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This was followed by a stint playing the clubs in Germany.
