GUARANTEE
All repaired equipment is labelled with the
invoice
date clearly marked.
Our guarantee lasts for 12 months from the
invoice
date and covers totally free of charge:
- All parts replaced on the original invoice and
the
labour
to replace those parts.
- Collection and delivery of the equipment.
Not covered by our guarantee:
- Any parts or labour related to other faults.
- Any item of equipment which has been tampered
with.
- Dirty video heads.
- Damage caused by foreign bodies inserted into
equipment.
- Damage by the ingress of liquid.
- Damage caused by misuse of equipment.
Items not covered by our guarantee will be
estimated
as per our normal policy.
